CHANTILLY, VA, April 2024 – ECS Group of Companies (ECS) is proud to announce that Lakshmi Narayana Bolla, a Geotechnical Team Manager, has been recognized with the Lead GRIT Award for his exceptional contributions and dedication to our team. One of his nominators stated, “He leads by example, takes an active role in ECS sub-committees and strives to improve everyone’s performance.” Lakshmi started with ECS nearly eight years ago as a Field Technician and now serves as a Geotechnical Team Manager in the Southwest.
Reflecting on his achievement, Lakshmi shared, “This is my second time getting nominated for a GRIT Award and I was over the moon after receiving the email with the sweet news! Also, to be honest, more than the award, I felt elated after reading the nomination forms from my co-workers.”
