Together, Thomas and Francisco bring decades of experience and leadership to ECS. Thomas has been hired as a Geotechnical Principal in Dallas, where he provides strategic, technical and operational leadership for the geotechnical practice. Thomas focuses on supporting the growth and consistency of geotechnical services while providing technical guidance, developing staff and strengthening client relationships. Francisco has been hired as a Geotechnical Practice Leader, Principal in Houston, where he also provides leadership and technical guidance for the geotechnical practice across offices and teams. Francisco focuses on advancing technical standards, supporting staff development and client relationships and contributing to the continued growth of the geotechnical practice.
