ECS is pleased to announce the promotion of Alyssa Harrington, SHRM-CP, USEI, to Director of Human Resources. Alyssa joined ECS in 2011 and has held several roles within the company, most recently serving as Associate Director of Compliance and Employee Relations and previously as Corporate Human Resources Manager. Throughout her tenure, Alyssa has developed a deep understanding of ECS’ people, operations and culture while becoming a trusted partner to leaders and employees across the company. Her experience includes developing compliance strategy, advising company leaders on human resources policies and workforce risk, managing complex employee relations matters and supporting companywide compliance priorities.
As Director of Human Resources, Alyssa leads key areas of ECS’ HR function, including employee relations, total rewards, payroll, culture initiatives, compliance, and other strategic HR initiatives. She also continues to partner with leaders throughout ECS to strengthen the employee experience, support organizational priorities and help ensure HR programs and practices evolve alongside the company.
