ECS Group of Companies (ECS) is pleased to announce that Jeremy Boehm, PE, has joined the firm as a group manager in our Dover, DE, satellite office. Jeremy brings 22 years of professional experience to his new role.
In his position, Jeremy supports the growth of the geotechnical and construction materials testing (CMT) groups in Dover, aligning with the company’s broader business objectives. Jeremy leverages his many years of experience in geotechnical engineering, construction materials testing and multidisciplinary project management to boost success.
Jeremy also works closely with senior management to set goals and reports on progress while coordinating efforts across departments to implement initiatives effectively. Additionally, he manages and mentors a team of CMT and geotechnical professionals, equipping them with the skills, knowledge and resources needed for success.

Additionally, he also holds a Master of Science from the University of Wisconsin in Geotechnical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Ohio Northern University.
