ECS Group of Companies (ECS) is proud to announce the promotion of Lincoln Swineford, PE, to Richmond Branch Manager, effective January 1, 2026. Lincoln will assume this position, as former Branch Manager, Robert (Clinker) Moss was promoted to Senior Principal in the firm.
Lincoln began his career more than 31 years ago as a field technician and worked his way up through the ranks, earning his EIT and PE without an engineering degree—a testament to his determination and technical expertise. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from The Virginia Military Institute. Over the years, Lincoln has built strong client relationships and contributed to countless construction materials testing (CMT) projects, helping ECS deliver exceptional service and grow its presence in the Mid-Atlantic region.
“Helping lead the office will be a great chance to give back to the next generation the same way I was supported,” Lincoln shared.
Lincoln brings a wealth of experience and a passion for developing future leaders to his new role. As Branch Manager, he oversees office operations, continues supporting CMT projects and guides the Richmond team toward continued success. ECS is confident that Lincoln’s leadership strengthens the Richmond office and drives continued growth across the Mid-Atlantic region.
