ECS Group of Companies (ECS) is pleased to announce that Dustin Mills, PE has joined the firm as a Geotechnical Principal Engineer in our Tallahassee, FL, office. Dustin brings 16 years of geotechnical engineering experience to his new role.
In his new role, Dustin helps lead the Tallahassee, FL, office’s geotechnical department, providing technical and operational leadership while supporting the continued growth of ECS’ geotechnical services throughout the Tallahassee region. He helps oversee operations, project deliverables, quality control and business development while managing resources and strengthening client relationships. Dustin also supports the training and professional development of field staff and technical professionals.

A graduate of Florida State University, Dustin earned his Bachelor of Science in civil engineering.
