ECS Group of Companies (ECS) is pleased to announce that Stephen Jones has joined the firm as a new Geotechnical Senior Project Manager in our Columbia, SC, office. Stephen brings 14 years of professional experience to his new position.
In his role, Stephen supports the department’s growth and aligns with the company’s broader business objectives. Leveraging his many years of experience, he contributes his expertise by overseeing project management and driving growth within ECS’ geotechnical department by identifying new opportunities. He is also responsible for geotechnical reporting, analysis and coordinating the team’s activities to support efficient task completion and achievement of business goals.
“I’m excited to be part of a great company that truly seems to care about its employees,” Stephen stated when asked about the opportunity. “I’m also looking forward to working on transportation projects in different states with the Special Projects Group.”
Stephen also holds a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from the University of South Carolina.
