ECS Group of Companies (ECS) is pleased to announce that Avery McReynolds has joined the firm as a new Environmental Senior Project Manager in our Marietta, GA, office.
Avery brings multiple years of experience to his role at ECS, offering a strong technical expertise and foundation in environmental engineering. His background spans from Phase I’s, asbestos and hazardous materials sampling to air monitoring, along with building trusted client relationships and supporting business development efforts. With a collaborative mindset and a focus on continuous improvement, he contributes to solutions that strengthen partnerships and support long-term project success.
In his role, Avery leads environmental projects from planning through execution, supporting technical quality, budget alignment and timely delivery while managing multiple projects. He guides junior staff and works with clients and internal teams to develop proposals, review deliverables and support business development efforts.
“This opportunity represents a natural progression of my career where I can combine my technical background with leadership and client strategy to drive meaningful project outcomes,” Avery stated. “It’s a chance for me to take full ownership of projects while continuing to grow teams, relationships and overall impact.”
Avery also holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from Kennesaw State University.
