Johnstown, PA (June 19, 2026) — ECS Group of Companies (ECS), a leader in engineering consulting services, is proud to announce the opening of its newest satellite office in Johnstown, PA. This marks a significant step in ECS’ mission to provide geotechnical engineering, construction materials testing (CMT), environmental and building science + infrastructure services to the community.
Located at 2203 Ruth Way, this new office serves as a hub for operations, enabling ECS to provide more tailored services in the local market.
Chuck Ledney, serves as office manager while overseeing office operations, making sure that high-quality services are provided to clients, while Jeff Shelton, PE, LEED AP, serves as the branch manager. “We are excited to have Chuck as part of our team,” said Jeff. “With his extensive technical background and regional experience, we look forward to our continued growth and successful client service in Johnstown and the surrounding areas.”
