Engineering Consulting Services (ECS) is pleased to announce that Victoria Bremseth, PE, has joined the firm as a Senior Project Engineer with the Construction Materials Department in the Chantilly, VA, office. Ms. Bremseth has more than 18 years of construction materials testing experience, to include work on large, high-profile projects in the Mid-Atlantic region. She brings strong engineering staff oversight, laboratory and field staff management, subcontractor management and business development skills to her new role with the firm.

She will serve to raise the bar for client service and brings significant experience to our team,” said Scott Stannard, Vice President and Assistant Office Manager in Chantilly. “She is already digging into two large projects (among many others) that include a high profile hospital with an important and longtime ECS client and a major new project that the Chantilly DC/Arlington team recently won.”
Ms. Bremseth is a licensed Professional Engineer in Virginia, Maryland and Washington, DC. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Physics from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and has served as the Maryland Ready Mix Concrete Association (MRMCA) Technical Committee Chair and as Secretary, Treasurer and Vice President of the Board of Directors for Professional Women in Construction – DC. She is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC) and Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) DC.
