ECS Group of Companies (ECS) is pleased to announce that Melissa Dowling, RG, joins the firm as a senior project manager in our Kansas City, MO, office. Melissa brings 22 years of industry experience and extensive knowledge to the firm.
In her new role, Melissa leads the growth of the environmental group in Kansas and Missouri, manages field operations and project management and makes sure high-quality deliverables are written through report reviews and proposal preparation.
She also assists clients with environmental due diligence and compliance, mentors junior staff and builds strong relationships with clients. Her experience managing diverse projects and communicating complex technical information supports her success in these responsibilities.

Melissa holds a bachelor’s degree in geology from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and is a registered geologist in the State of Missouri.
