ECS Group of Companies (ECS) is excited to announce the promotions of Kyle Reese and Cece Tyson.
Together, Kyle and Cece bring extensive experience and leadership to their new roles at ECS. Kyle Reese has been promoted to Associate Director of Talent Acquisition – Early Careers, expanding his focus beyond University Talent to include technician and military recruiting. In this position, Kyle is responsible for bringing these three recruiting areas together under early careers while helping ECS connect with talent through a broader range of career pathways and experiences. Cece Tyson has been promoted to Recruiting Manager, expanding her responsibilities to include the Southeast Talent Acquisition team while continuing to manage the corporate recruiting team. Cece also supports the training and development of new recruiting staff, helping team members become familiar with ECS’ recruiting processes and practices.
