Will brings more than 25 years of experience to his new role, bringing a unique perspective to ECS. His experience includes developing scalable strategies, fostering trusted relationships and delivering client-focused solutions. Utilizing a collaborative approach, he strives to create value-driven outcomes that strengthen partnerships and support success.
In his role as the Director of Business Development – Federal Market Sector, Will drives government go-to-market growth by identifying and pursuing strategic opportunities, navigating complex acquisition lifecycles, securing key partnerships and supporting ECS in winning contracts. He works closely with sales teams and seller-doers to translate client needs and market intelligence into actionable business development strategies, prime contract vehicle pursuits, compliance-focused approaches and teaming relationships. Will leads initiatives that strengthen ECS’ market presence, support long-term growth objectives and expand opportunities across government and commercial sectors.
