ECS is pleased to announce that Paul Hernandez, PE, has been promoted to Principal, Regional Manager for the building science + infrastructure (BS+I) group in Southern Virginia. Paul brings 16 years of professional experience to his new role and has been a valued member of ECS since joining the company in 2014. Throughout his ECS career, he has served as a Project Manager, Senior Project Engineer and Associate Principal, contributing to the growth and success of the firm.
In his new role, Paul leads BS+I personnel across ECS’ Richmond, Charlottesville, Roanoke, Chesapeake, Williamsburg and Fredericksburg offices while supporting the continued growth of the group’s services throughout Southern Virginia. He oversees operations, staff development and client service initiatives across the region, helping strengthen collaboration among offices and supporting ECS’ strategic growth objectives.
When asked about his promotion, Paul said, “It is an honor to work with this group in the South every day. They are exceptionally talented professionals, and I hope to have a positive impact on their lives.”
