Justin holds nearly 20 years of public sector experience within the AEC industry, bringing a unique perspective to ECS. His experience spans developing scalable strategies, fostering trusted relationships and delivering client-focused solutions. Utilizing a collaborative approach, he creates value-driven outcomes that strengthen partnerships and ensure continued expansion within the government sector.
In his role, Justin leads federal business development initiatives across the AEC industry, focusing on identifying and securing opportunities with civilian and DoW agencies. Additionally, he implements wholistic strategies across all ECS service lines that strengthen client relationships, expand market presence and align company services with evolving federal infrastructure needs.
