Jeff Shelton, a 29-year ECS employee, has been promoted to Director of Strategic Initiatives for Western Pennsylvania. Jeff previously worked in the Chantilly office before returning to his hometown to open the ECS Pittsburgh, PA, office 14 years ago. Since then, he has helped grow the Pittsburgh geotechnical and construction materials testing team to about 40 employees and establish offices in Erie and Johnstown, PA. In his new role, Jeff is stepping away from day-to-day Pittsburgh operations to focus on growth opportunities across western Pennsylvania and West Virginia while continuing to support teams throughout the region.

Michael Krepsik has been promoted to Branch Manager of the Pittsburgh office. Michael has been with ECS for 10 years and has served as assistant branch manager for the past two years after spending eight years in a key leadership role. His experience has given him a strong understanding of the Pittsburgh team, its clients and the local market. In his new role, Michael is responsible for day-to-day operations, productivity, collections tracking and business development while supporting employees and clients. He also continues to provide technical expertise and mentor engineers and project managers.

In the South Region, Lloyd Ward is transitioning to Project Executive after serving as branch manager of the Williamsburg, VA, office for 18 years. During his time as branch manager, Lloyd helped strengthen ECS’ presence in the local market through his leadership and technical experience. As project executive, he is focused on supporting the planning and execution of large and complex projects. As part of this leadership transition, David Anderson is expanding his role to Branch Manager and serves as the Hampton Roads area manager, overseeing the Williamsburg and Chesapeake, VA, offices. David joined ECS in 2010 and has served as Chesapeake branch manager for the past eight years. In his expanded role, he is responsible for leading both offices while supporting employees, clients and operations in each market.
