COLUMBIA, SC, March 2024 – We are pleased to announce that Tracy McMillin joins ECS as the Director of Business Development in our Columbia, SC, office. Tracy has more than 25 years of experience in economic development and an extensive background in project management and business recruitment, with a strong mindset for sales-driven goals.
With her experience creating successful programs and community resources as CEO of an economic development nonprofit, she has a great outlook on approaching business development regarding ECS’ services.
As the Director of Business Development, Tracy is responsible for stimulating revenue growth for ECS and expanding the firm’s overall market presence by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and fostering strategic partnerships. She also leads, develops and implements sales and marketing strategies to achieve big-picture organizational objectives.
When asked about the opportunity with ECS, Tracy said, “I’m excited to join a great team that is truly focused on creating the best possible client relationships while delivering top-notch services.”
A native of Myrtle Beach, SC, Tracy earned and received her bachelor’s in finance from the University of South Carolina’s Honors College.
