We are pleased to announce that Noel Janacek, has joined the firm as Special Projects Group (SPG) Principal for the Carrollton, TX office. Mr. Janacek brings more than 23 years of experience in construction and design of geo-structural solutions to his new role. Over the years he has worked for a wide range of market sectors with diverse experience in construction and geo-structural design. He is excited to lead and collaborate with the ECS team to develop and deliver solutions for our clients.

Noel Janacek is a graduate of University of Texas at Arlington with a Master of Science in Civil Engineering and has a Bachelor of Science from Texas A&M University, College Station TX. With his combined construction and consulting experience, Mr. Janacek is skilled at developing creative and constructible technical solutions.
