CHANTILLY, VA, March 2026 – ECS Group of Companies (ECS) announces that Siddartha Dandamudi has been named the Southwest GRIT Award recipient for his strong work ethic, dedication to excellence, leadership in field operations and commitment to supporting his team.
Since joining the firm in 2023 as a geotechnical field technician, Siddartha has demonstrated strong initiative, technical growth and leadership. Furthermore, through consistent effort and dedication to high standards, he advanced in his career to a position of field services manager.
Siddartha credits his success to a focus on continuous improvement and teamwork. “I focus on continuously improving my technical knowledge and leadership skills while working closely with my team to maintain quality, safety and efficiency on every project,” he said.
Additionally, Siddartha views the GRIT Award as a reflection of the values he shares with ECS and the colleagues who nominated him and views the award recognition as meaningful and motivating.
