CHANTILLY, VA, March 2026 – ECS Group of Companies (ECS) announces that Scarlet Marcano has been named the Southeast GRIT Award recipient, recognizing a strong work ethic, dedication to excellence, leadership and commitment to delivering high-quality laboratory services. She consistently performs duties to the highest standard.
For Scarlet, excellence comes from an approach that begins by focusing on people and processes. In her role, she is looking for opportunities to strengthen lab operations that maintain alignment with ASTM and AASHTO standards. She also prioritizes mentoring and supporting technicians so they feel confident and capable in their work.
