Rylan brings 25 years of experience to his new role, bringing a unique perspective to ECS. His experience spans developing scalable strategies, fostering trusted relationships and delivering innovative, client-focused solutions. By combining industry insight with a collaborative approach, he strives to create value-driven outcomes that strengthen partnerships and support sustainable success.
In his role, Rylan directs the development and execution of strategies to identify, qualify and convert opportunities that support long-term client relationships. He oversees companywide initiatives focused on strengthening strategic client development and provides a strategic overview of existing and anticipated market conditions across ECS sectors. Rylan seeks, initiates and drives new business opportunities, including emerging market segments and service offerings, while providing leadership on market trends and long-term growth opportunities.
