ECS Group of Companies (ECS) is excited to announce the addition of Mary Starr as Business Development Manager for the Mid-Atlantic region.
Mary brings nearly a decade of experience in strategic relationship-building and market expansion. A graduate of Radford University with a Bachelor of Science degree, she has been an active member of industry organizations including the Urban Land Institute (ULI), Women’s Leadership Initiative (WLI), Virginia Transportation Construction Alliance (VTCA), Greater Richmond Association for Commercial Real Estate (GRACRE), WTS, Richmond Area Municipal Contractors Association (RAMCA) and Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC). Her ability to bridge communication between field operations and executive leadership enables client visions to be executed seamlessly.
In her new role, Mary focuses on identifying new business opportunities, strengthening client relationships and developing strategies to increase revenue and expand ECS’s market presence.
“This role represents the next logical evolution of my career. I’m excited to master a new business development strategy as I expand my network into new market sectors.
