ECS Group of Companies (ECS) is proud to announce the promotion of Katelyn Vieten, PG, to Vice President, Senior National Practice Leader.
Katelyn brings 15 years of experience helping clients and teams navigate the intersection of engineering, business and technology. At ECS, she leads national account growth by building and managing a portfolio supporting up to $50M in group sales, with $10M–$20M managed directly. She drives new market opportunities, leads high-value capture efforts, and develops a consistent national sales process across offices. Katelyn also plays a key role in talent development, mentoring national account managers and national practice leaders and provides strategic insight on market trends and long-term growth to strengthen ECS’ national presence.
In her new role, Katelyn focuses on innovation and client service across ECS’ 100+ offices, leveraging her expertise in strategic clarity, client partnership and client-driven solutions.
“The National Accounts team has been strategically expanding over the past several years, driven by the success we’ve achieved with our offices and our clients,” Katelyn shared. “I am truly honored to step into this role and represent ECS as an officer of the company. This opportunity allows me to further strengthen my commitment to our core values and our mission. Katelyn’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Geology from James Madison University. Katelyn also is a national board member for BUILT National and a member of the National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC).
Katelyn is eager about what the future holds in her new position and is motivated to support not only our clients but also internal teams to further solidify ECS as a leader in the industry.
