CHANTILLY, VA, March 2026 – ECS Group of Companies (ECS) announces that Becky Kiser has been named the Florida GRIT Award recipient, recognizing strong work ethic, dedication, initiative and commitment to excellence. She consistently performs duties to the highest standard.
For Becky, excellence comes from refining her skills and looking for ways to strengthen the team around her. She also approaches her work with a proactive rather than reactive mindset. This often involves taking the initiative on tasks and identifying holes and areas for growth to improve processes that affect her and others within the organization.
“I take pride in the work that I do and see the big picture,” Becky said. “I am very conscious that my output affects not only my subsidiary, but the company as a whole.”
She also emphasized the importance of organization and accountability in staying on track toward her goals. Additionally, Becky views the GRIT Award as a reflection of the values she shares with the team she works with each day. “This award stands out as one of the accomplishments I’m most proud of, reflecting both my personal dedication and the support of those around me,” Becky said.
When asked what the GRIT Award means to her, she said, “Winning the GRIT Award is an honor to me. I am grateful for the recognition and motivated to make a meaningful difference.”
The GRIT Awards are an internal recognition program honoring individuals who go above and beyond while living ECS’ core values of collaborate, focus and lead. Employees nominate their peers, and recipients are selected by a committee of ECS leadership and management. Honorees are recognized during the annual ECS Managers’ Meeting.
