ECS was a contributor in the development of AMLI Fountain Place, a 46-story residential high-rise with luxury apartment homes along with 9 levels of parking garage. ECS performed a geotechnical value engineering study as well as pressure meter tests at selected locations and depths to obtain in-situ rock strength and compressibility parameters.
