Electric Gardens is a multi family residential, live-work community building consisting of 164,000 sf. The building includes 124 apartments, two boutique hotel units, a fitness center, two rooftop decks, a pet washing station, enclosed underground parking, a shared flexible workspace and an open-concept shared lobby area. Electric Gardens is located on a two-acre site in the Tremont neighborhood of Cleveland, OH. ECS was retained by Independence Construction to provide construction materials testing and special inspection services. Our scope included concrete/rebar, soils, masonry and structural steel/wood frame, and fireproofing inspection.
