ECS is pleased to announce the following new hires and promotions:
Fouad Masri has joined ECS’ Greensboro office as a Geotechnical Department Manager. Fouad brings over 20 years of experience to his new role. Fouad holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Florida Atlantic University and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
Daniel Harborth, PE has joined ECS’ Greensboro office as a Construction Materials Department Manager and Associate Principal. Daniel brings 17 years of experience to his new role. He has experience in the following areas: Shallow and deep foundation design, slope and global stability analyses, flexible and rigid pavement design, dam evaluations, forensic evaluations, in-situ testing and laboratory testing. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at San Antonio.
Ashley Huxtable, PE has been promoted to Geotechnical Department Manager in ECS’ Charlotte office. Ashley brings 7 years of experience to her new role with a year of that being with ECS. Her areas of specialty are in slope stability analysis and advanced laboratory testing. Ashley holds both Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Civil Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
