Movser Ngai, PE, RRO has joined ECS as Senior Project Engineer in the facilities department of ECS Mid-Atlantic, LLC. In this role, Mr. Ngai is responsible for preparing quality assurance observation documentation for building enclosure projects, witnessing and assisting in investigative analysis of existing building envelope assemblies, field testing services and assisting in garage rehabilitation services.

Mr. Ngai has 20 years of experience includes building structures’ envelope components design, performance testing, and verification during the installations, building envelope assessment and investigation, documentation of the daily observations. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Engineering Science and Mechanics from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (Virginia Tech), and is a Professional Engineer (PE) in VA, MD, DC, NJ, DE, WVA and PA. Mr. Ngai is also a Registered Roofing Observer (RRO) and a Registered Exterior Wall Observer (REWO).
