Engineering Consulting Services (ECS) is pleased to announce that David Moore, PE has been promoted to Facilities Department Manager. A member of the ECS team since 2018, Moore was previously a Facilities Senior Project Manager. In his new role, he will support and grow ECS’ Facilities Services across the state of Florida from our centrally located Orlando office.
Moore brings over 17 years of professional experience in Facilities Services, Structural Forensics Engineering, Construction Materials Testing and Geotechnical Surveys. He has worked on various types of projects including warehouses, church buildings, hospitals, airports, schools, condominiums, parking decks and high-rise office buildings.

A licensed Professional Engineer in Florida and Georgia, Moore holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Auburn University in Auburn, Alabama.
