ECS leadership in our Roanoke, VA, office is pleased to announce that Michael Crouse has joined as a Business Development Manager. Michael brings nine years of experience in client management with an excellent track record of cultivating positive relationships.
In his role, Michael is responsible for identifying potential business opportunities and markets, conducting market research and assessing the feasibility of new ventures. He focuses on building and nurturing client relationships, negotiating deals and developing strategies to help grow ECS’ company footprint.

Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship and Supply Chain Management from Appalachian State University as well as a Master of Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. In his free time you can find him traveling, camping or relaxing at Smith Mountain Lake.
