Mark Foster Named to Board of Hampton Roads Utility & Heavy Contractors Association

Mark Foster has been named a Board Member of Hampton Roads Utility & Heavy Contractors Association (HRUHCA). His two-year term will begin January 1, 2022.

Mark has been involved in the organization for more than five years and was chosen by vote by both members of the association and the current board members to serve on the board.

“I intend on assisting HRUHCA in further development and standing within the Hampton Roads Area construction community as well as further developing ECS’ presence.”

Mark serves as Construction Materials Testing Department Manager in Williamsburg, VA and joined ECS in 2005. His responsibilities include managing projects, reviewing project drawings and specifications, preparing proposals, coordinating with the design team and building officials, supervising technicians, applying technical support, reviewing field reports and laboratory testing analysis, monitoring job progress and providing engineering solutions to field issues.
