ECS Southeast, LLP is pleased to announce Ms. Liz Newcomb has been promoted to Geotechnical Department Manager of the Louisville, KY office. With more than 7 years of experience in geotechnical and environmental engineering, Ms. Newcomb is responsible for the financial management, training, project management, business development and quality of service for the geotechnical engineering department.
Ms. Newcomb is a Kentucky native and graduated from the University of Louisville with a Master’s of Engineering in Civil Engineering. Since graduating from the University of Louisville, Ms. Newcomb has stayed in the Louisville area with her husband.
