The ECS Group of Companies (ECS) is pleased to announce that Louis Hatcher has joined the firm as a Facilities Staff Project Manager in the Chantilly, VA, office. In this role, Mr. Hatcher will oversee field projects in building and property condition assessments and the design of repairs to existing building envelope components.

Mr. Hatcher earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University in Blacksburg, VA, where he was an Honors College member and a graduate of the Virginia Tech Corps of Cadets. He will be fulfilling his ROTC Scholarship commitment as an officer in the U.S. Army Reserves concurrent to his position with ECS.
