Engineering Consulting Services (ECS) is pleased to announce that Bill Otey, RA has joined our Florida Facilities team as Senior Facilities Project Manager. Otey brings over 30 years of experience in the construction industry as an architect, construction manager and forensic consultant. As a Registered Architect, Otey has a wide variety of facilities services experience and will be key in supporting our building envelope services.
“We are excited that Bill has come on as a Senior Facilities Project Manager in the West Palm Beach area,” said David Moore, PE, Facilities Department Manager of ECS Florida, LLC. “Bill has come to us with over 30 years of experience and has already proven to be a great addition with his in-depth knowledge for design review.”
A Registered Architect in Florida and NCARB certified, Otey holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from the University of California at Santa Barbara and a Master of Architecture from the University of California at Los Angeles.
