ECS is pleased to announce Karen McHugh, RA, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP has joined our Southeast facilities team as a facilities senior associate. Karen brings 19 years of experience to her new role where she has specialized in building envelope.
In her role, Karen will be responsible for building envelope testing and consulting, conditions assessments, forensic investigation, preparing reports and proposals, mentoring building envelope team members and maintaining client relations.
“I’m excited for this new adventure to work with a team that embodies a wide spectrum of skills, talent, perspectives, experiences and personalities!” Karen says. “Being a part of the ECS team provides me the arena to grow, learn, teach, mentor and be engaged with a larger variety of projects, people, clients and opportunities to continue my focus on the building enclosure.”
Karen received a bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Southern Polytechnic State University where she also minored in construction.
