ECS is pleased to announce Mingo Crowley has been promoted to Director of Subsidiary Safety for ECS Southeast. Mingo brings 26 years of experience to his new role with 13 years of that being with ECS. In his time with the company Mingo has held the positions of Construction Materials Department Manager and Office Manager.
As the Director of Subsidiary Safety, Mingo will be responsible for providing leadership and oversight to the development and implementation of overall environmental, health and safety operations for the subsidiary. This will include safety management and radiation safety compliance.

Communication is the key to changing our safety culture,” says Mingo, “My passion is to help others be successful. Originally from Hamlet, NC, Mingo holds an Associate in Applied Science degree in Mechanical Engineering Studies and is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety and Health.
