We are pleased to announce that Nichole McGuire has joined ECS as the director of business development in our Baltimore, MD, office. With more than 20 years of experience, Nichole has an extensive background in marketing with a strong mindset for sales-driven goals. With her experience working for civil engineering and architecture firms that were primes on almost 90% of their work, she has a great outlook on approaching business development regarding ECS’ services.
As the director of business development, Nichole will be responsible for stimulating the growth of ECS’ revenue growth and the overall market presence of the firm by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, fostering strategic partnerships. She will also lead, develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve big-picture organizational objectives.
When asked about the opportunity with ECS, Nichole said, “This opportunity allows me to move out of my comfort zone and use my 23 years of experience in a new capacity. I’m excited to move from a marketing environment into a business development role where I can spread my wings.”
