Engineering Consulting Services (ECS) is pleased to announce that Sidd Neekhra, PE, has been promoted within the firm as Regional Manager for North Texas. Mr. Neekhra has been a part of the ECS team for a combined total of more than 8 years and most recently served as the Office Manager of Dallas office for more than 5 years. He brings more than 15 years in geotechnical engineering and construction materials testing of various type and size projects. He has provided senior consultation, peer review and management on hundreds of projects ranging from private to public projects. In this new role, we look forward to his continued oversight and guidance in both Dallas and Fort Worth and serving to client needs with value and high-quality service in a variety of market sectors. He will also continue pursuing Special Projects opportunities for the Southwest region.

Mr. Neekhra is a licensed Professional Engineer in Texas. He holds a Master of Science from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor of Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Raipur.
Vince Elizarde, PE, has been promoted within the firm as Office Manager for the Dallas (Carrollton), TX office. Mr. Elizarde originally joined the North Texas team in 2017 as a Principal Engineer. He has over 20 years of experience in several disciplines of civil engineering including: geotechnical, construction materials, site/civil, and environmental. Vince is excited to lead a well-established and success-driven Dallas team into the future.
