ECS Florida, LLC is pleased to announce that Rey Ruiz, PE, SI has been promoted to Assistant Branch Manager of the Tampa office.
Mr. Ruiz started his career with ECS in the Tampa office as an Engineering Field Technician in 2013 and most recently served as the Construction Materials Testing Department Manager. He is a licensed Professional Engineer as well as a certified Threshold Inspector in Florida. Mr. Ruiz earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Clarkson University in 2013.
“Rey ascended the ranks during Tampa’s rapid growth and has pushed the office in directions previously uncharted with respect to National Accounts and overall proposal generation,” says David Bearce, PE, Tampa Branch Manager. “Rey has the instincts of someone twice his age.”
