ECS is pleased to welcome the following individuals to the company:
Dustin Schleifer, PE has joined ECS’ Roanoke office as an Assistant Office Manager. Dustin brings 14 years of experience to his new role. His responsibilities include working alongside CMT and geotechnical engineering staff and providing mentorship; senior-level review and preparation of CMT and geotechnical reports. Dustin holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech.
Frank John Eliseo has joined ECS’ Florida Facilities team as a Principal Engineer based out of the West Palm Beach office. Frank brings 35 years of experience to ECS where his primary area of expertise has been with building enclosures. Frank graduated from the Pratt Institute with a Bachelor of Science in Architecture and Construction Management.
