We are proud to announce that Jigar Desai, PhD, PE has joined ECS Mid-Atlantic Facilities as a Regional Manager of Facilities Services based out of Philadelphia, PA. Jigar brings over 15 years of experience to his new role.
As a Regional Manager of Facilities Services, Jigar will be tasked with building team-oriented relationships with the facilities, local office, regional marketing, and business development staff to provide support in seeking out business opportunities, assisting with strategic direction and oversight of the region and growing facilities engineering consulting services.
“This role at ECS allows me to build and lead a team of multi-discipline professionals within the facilities service line that strives to provide current and future ECS clients the best technical problem solving and customer experience,” says Jigar. “I also look at this as an opportunity to spread my wings and provide leadership in growing facilities consulting services in the Northern Mid-Atlantic region and beyond in the years to come.”
Jigar received a Bachelor of Technology in Construction Technology and Master of Technology in Construction and Project Management from the Centre for Environmental Planning and Technology University in Gujarat, India. He then came to the United States and received a Doctorate of Philosophy in Civil Engineering from Clemson University.
