ECS is pleased to announce Jack Cowsert, PE has been promoted to the role of Office Manager of our Fayetteville, NC office. Jack brings 38 years of industry experience to his new role with 6 years of experience with ECS. Previously Jack was a Senior Project Engineer. Jack has been awarded the Distinguished Service Award from ACEC/NC, the Award of Appreciation from ASTM, and the Distinguished Service Award from National Asphalt Paving Association & USDOT-FHWA.
As an Office Manager, Jack will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Fayetteville office, leading team members, recruiting efforts, client and business development.

I have been helping out here on an as-needed basis for over a year, and now have the privilege to assume the role of Office Manager,” says Jack, “I am fortunate to have joined this team of dedicated professionals that is the premier provider in this area for our scope of services.”
Originally from Goiania, Goias, Brazil, Jack graduated from North Carolina State University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
