JACKSONVILLE, FL, March 2024 – ECS is pleased to announce that Chris Egan, PE, has been promoted to Assistant Office Manager of our Jacksonville, FL, office. Chris joined ECS in 2011 and has since served as a Staff Project Manager, Project Engineer, Senior Project Engineer and Geotechnical Department Manager.
Through patience, active listening and connecting the team with external resources, Chris played an integral role in helping the Jacksonville office become vital to the firm. Chris was pivotal in successfully uniting everyone as one cohesive team, all while continuing to study and learn new industry techniques to remain successful in an evolving field.
In his role as Assistant Office Manager, Chris assists with overseeing office operations. He is also responsible for improving the customer service experience and supporting the technical capabilities of department managers and support staff.
When asked about his promotion, Chris said, “The Jacksonville office has a long-standing tradition and reputation for providing a great customer service experience that generates repeat clients. I am honored to be chosen to help continue this experience for our customers and hope to find innovative ways to improve upon our methods.”
Chris is excited about the future of the company and looks forward to contributing to the continued expansion of the Jacksonville office.
