Andrew Fix Promoted to Associate Principal

 

Andrew Fix has been promoted to Associate Principal within the Mid-Atlantic Facilities Group working out of our Chantilly, VA office. Andrew has over 15 years of experience and credits his unconventional career path for his success within ECS. With this experience, Andrew will help to further establish ECS as a top building envelope consulting and commissioning firm within the region.

As an Associate Principal, Andrew will be providing oversight at the principal level for Building Envelope Quality Assurance and Testing projects. He will be responsible for building envelope consulting, commissioning for new construction, failure investigations as well as field testing on existing buildings, with specific focus on buildings in the national capital region.

“I’m honored to be recognized at this time in my career to provide better support to my department and help grow the service lines and mentor our team,” says Andrew, “This is an opportunity for me to expand my technical skills as well as ECS’s capabilities, in my region and across the subsidiary.”

Originally from Dayton, OH, Andrew attained a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from The Ohio State University before attending George Mason University and attaining a Master of Science in Civil Engineering.
