ECS Acquires Atlanta Environmental Management, Inc. (AEM)

ECS Announces New Cincinnati, Ohio Office Lead by Mark Carlson, PE, RPG

ECS Acquires River Valley Testing Corp.
Chantilly, VA - Engineering Consulting Services (ECS) is pleased to announce the acquisition of River Valley Testing Corporation (RVT) (Neenah, WI), a full service geotechnical, construction materials testing and environmental engineering firm with offices located in Green Bay and Neenah, Wisconsin. The combined firms will increase ECS’s geographical footprint and engineering talent in the Midwestern region.

ECS Southwest Name Change Expands Company Footprint
Dallas, TX - Engineering Consulting Services (ECS) announced today that ECS Texas, LLP has been renamed ECS Southwest, LLP. The name change reflects the company's expanding footprint throughout not only Texas, but the Southwest.

ECS Southeast Name Change Provides Expanded Expertise
Charlotte, NC - Engineering Consulting Services (ECS) announced today that they are uniting their offices located in Alabama, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee (formerly known as ECS Southeast, LLC, ECS Carolinas, LLP and ECS Central, LLP) and will now be known as ECS Southeast, LLP. ECS Opens in Birmingham, Alabama
Birmingham, AL - ECS Southeast, LLC is pleased to announce the opening of their newest office located at 133 W. Oxmoor Road, Suite 205, Birmingham, AL 35209. This is the first office in Alabama for the company. Mr. David Marsh, PE is the branch manager. He has 10 years of experience in engineering and project management, as well as local experience in the market. Mr. Marsh lived in Birmingham for six years and earned his Master of Engineering in Construction Engineering Management in 2008 from the University of Alabama-Birmingham. He moved back to the area in March from Asheville, NC, where he was a senior project engineer for the local ECS office.
“I love the city of Birmingham. It feels like home to me and my family," said Marsh. "I'm excited to be back home, to work with good friends, and to build a business here."
ECS Acquires Ellis & Associates of Jacksonville
Chantilly, VA - Engineering Consulting Services (ECS) is pleased to announce the acquisition of Ellis & Associates, Inc. (E&A), which is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of Engineering Consulting Services, Ltd. and a member of the ECS Group of Companies. E&A specializes in Geotechnical Engineering, Construction Materials Testing, Environmental Engineering, Construction Engineering and Inspection and Special Inspection Services.
