Our VET team members are volunteers from different departments throughout the company. Upon request or submission of your application, you are paired based on branch of service, rank, and experience. This connection helps you translate military skills into civilian roles and gives you someone who understands what you’re going through. Your journey with our ambassadors doesn’t stop at onboarding—you can remain in contact throughout your career at ECS, building a nationwide network of support.

The Department of Defense SkillBridge program helps service members gain valuable civilian work experience through industry training, apprenticeships or internships during the last 180 days of service. As a SkillBridge partner, ECS offers hands-on training and certifications in concrete, soil and nuclear density testing—skills that translate smoothly into ECS field roles.
