Investing in our People

Our resilience allows us to be flexible and offer extraordinary benefits beyond the norm. At ECS, we know that people are responsible for our success. We value what every person brings to our team and we support our people by giving back to them. ECS offers a comprehensive benefit program for full-time and part-time employees who work a minimum of 30 hours/week. The program includes:

Medical, Dental and Vision Plans - Provides employees and their dependents benefits for medical insurance and prescription drugs, and optional dental coverage. Optional vision coverage [Cigna Vision] includes eye exams, prescription glasses and/or contact lenses.

Paid Time Off [PTO] and Holidays - At ECS vacation time is accrued annually based on length of service. Sick leave / personal leave is accrued at a rate of one hour for every 30 hours worked, up to 56 hours annually. Paid holidays are also provided.

Retirement Plans - To help you achieve your long-term financial goals, employees may contribute a percentage of their salary to a traditional before-tax 401[k] and/or after-tax Roth account up to annual IRS limits. ECS matches your contribution up to 4% each pay period.

Employee Stock Ownership Plan [ESOP]  -  ECS contributes annually to an ESOP which is 100% funded by the company. The ESOP is a long-term plan in which employee’s financial benefits will vary in proportion to the profitability and growth of ECS. Flexible Spending Account [FSA] - ECS provides a FSA program that allows employees to have pre-tax dollars deducted from their salaries to pay for eligible, non-reimbursed, health care and dependent care out-of-pocket expenses during the plan year. The FSA program allows you to reduce your taxable income without reducing your real income so you keep more of the money you earn.

College Savings Plan [529] - ECS offers employees a tax-advantaged savings program designed to help pay for higher education for anyone including children, grandchildren, spouses, friends, relatives and the employee. Contributions are made to the account after-tax. All earnings are tax-free and withdrawals are federally tax-free if used for qualified higher education expenses.

Life and Disability Insurance - Basic group life insurance is provided for employees. Additional life insurance coverage is available through payroll deduction for employees, spouses and children. Up to 70% of your income may be covered by short-term and long-term disability plans in the event of a disability.

Accident Insurance - ECS offers voluntary coverage to employees for accident insurance. Coverage is also available for eligible dependents (spouse and children up to age 26). With accident insurance, you’ll receive payment(s) associated with a covered injury. This insurance provides coverage on and off the job 24/7.

Critical Illness Insurance - ECS offers voluntary coverage to employees in the event of a critical illness. Coverage is also available for eligible dependents (spouse and children up to age 26).

Employee Assistance Program [EAP] - ECS provides access to an EAP via a 24-hour hotline. The EAP provides no-cost, confidential assistance for a variety of professional and personal issues including: stress, work-related issues, financial challenges, or marital and family problems.

Continuing Education - ECS encourages our employees to continue their education to reach their full potential. On-the-job training opportunities, tuition reimbursement and mentoring programs are available.

Additional Benefits and Discounts - These include employee assistance program, discount banking, long-term care insurance, travel accident insurance, Ford Partner discount, tuition assistance, student lending employee program, hospital indemnity insurance, pay for jury duty and military leave and paid bereavement leave. Varies by office: professional licensing, and certification and dues assistance.
