Thomas Rebar Joins Morgantown Office as Environmental Senior Project Manager

We are pleased to announce that Thomas Rebar, LRS, has joined ECS as Environmental Senior Project Manager in our Morgantown, WV, office. With more than 29 years of experience, he has an extensive background in phase I and II site assessments, brownfield remediation, rail and water trail development, inspections and other aspects of environmental engineering. With his experience and passion for his work, Thomas has a positive outlook for helping bring new business to ECS’ regional West Virginia office and growing ECS’ footprint in Pittsburgh.

Thomas is responsible for stimulating the growth of ECS’ environmental department, overseeing the lifecycle of environmental projects, helping ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and managing a multidisciplinary team of environmental professionals. Additionally, he is responsible for maintaining high-quality standards, promoting continuous improvement and fostering community engagement throughout projects.

When asked about the opportunity with ECS, Thomas said, “This is an exciting challenge to push the engineering profession with ECS leading the way. Working with ECS, I will be able to provide a much wider range of services to my clients than ever before.”

Originally from Fredericktown, PA, Thomas received his bachelor’s in geology from California University of Pennsylvania. Outside of work, you can find him whitewater kayaking, fishing, hiking, traveling and playing music.
