ORLANDO, FL, March 2024 – ECS is pleased to announce that James Saizan, RA, joins the firm as a Facilities Principal in our Orlando, FL, office. James has more than 45 years of involvement in the industry and an extensive background in building envelope, roofing and waterproofing services.
In his role as a Facilities Principal, James is responsible for consulting, commissioning and quality assurance. In addition, James is also accountable for pursuing new facilities opportunities, as well as offering technical expertise, team management and mentorship while establishing ECS as the premier facilities consultant for local clients.
When asked about the opportunity, James said, “This is an exciting challenge to help the Orlando facilities office grow and prosper and become a major player in the building enclosure design and consulting market in Florida, while being able to mentor facilities staff and recruit young talent.”
Born in Jacksonville, FL, but hailing from Sulphur, LA, James earned his Bachelor of Architecture from Louisiana State University. James’ hobbies are traveling, photography, music and nostalgia.
