ECS is pleased to announce that Dave Sabol, PE, joined the firm as a Branch Manager, Principal, for our Buffalo, NY, office. With more than 33 years of experience, Dave has an extensive background in geotechnical, construction materials testing (CMT) and special inspections (SI).
As a Branch Manager, Principal, Dave manages the Buffalo office while overseeing lab operations and projects, mentoring staff, performing technical report reviews as well as leveraging soft skills such as leading, mentoring and interacting with geotechnical and construction materials engineers and project managers.
When asked about the opportunity with ECS, Dave said, “This is an exciting time for me. I am excited for the opportunity to build an operation from the ground up. I look forward to expanding ECS’ footprint in the New York region.”
A Pennsylvania native, Dave earned a bachelor’s in civil engineering from Penn State University and a bachelor’s in physics from Mansfield University. In his free time, you can find Dave attending his son’s sports events, working out, watching football or spending time with his wife and son.
